We visited Bar Liberty twice during our four-day trip to Palermo, and it was easily one of our favorite spots. The staff is truly amazing - our waiter even remembered us and our exact order from the day before, which was a level of service we didn't experience elsewhere in the city. The atmosphere is perfect for soaking in the local hustle and bustle, often accompanied by great live music. We shared the tasting platter, and almost everything was delicious. The only letdown was the pasta rings on the far left, which felt a bit basic. However, the drinks were excellent and the overall experience

★☆☆☆☆ – Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, a complete letdown. The beer I ordered apparently wasn’t available, but instead of informing me, they just served a different one without any explanation. That’s simply unacceptable. The bruschetta was inedible – more like dry rusks instead of fresh bread, topped with tasteless beef tomatoes. On top of that, the tables were not clean, which made the whole experience even less enjoyable. A shame, because the location is nice, but both the food and service were truly disappointing. Definitely not recommended.
