An absolute gem in Perugia! The setting is stunning, with beautiful vaulted brick ceilings that create a warm, intimate, and truly authentic atmosphere. The food celebrates traditional Umbrian cuisine at its best. We had a delicious lentil soup, full of flavor and perfectly comforting. The tagliatelle al ragù was rich and beautifully cooked, and the lamb stew was tender, and absolutely hearty Everything felt genuine, from the ambiance to the dishes, this is the kind of place where you experience real local flavors in a refined yet cozy setting. We had excellent meals here on consecutive nights. The kitchen creates some stunningly delicious flavors. Our pasta with meat sauce was exceptional both nights, as was the verdure, and the grilled fish...salmon one night and sea bream the other.
