Ww stumbled upon this place as we walked the streets of Ravenna only to learn it was featured in Rick Steves tour guide we had been using. Rick's always done us right. Great choice. Everything was perfect. We sat in the back and the atmosphere was awesome. Bright, cheerful and a surprise from the main indoor restaurant that is more classic, dark and traditional Italy. The food was outstanding. The wine flowed perfectly, and the service was great. We read a few reviews about this place and I'm not sure why people are so critical about silly things. Do yourself a favor, and enjoy a great meal

We went to Ca’de Ven thanks to a locals suggestion. We were not disappointed. I was curious and pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The location was a combination of old and new which worked superbly. The food was wonderful. The grilled pork and vegetables was delicious. We highly recommend a meal at the Ca’ de Ven.
