Went there for breakfast, The hygiene is very questionable, no gloves can be seen nor headwear there was only two employees and they served us the food without wearing gloves The food was below average, the falafel was uncooked The menu does not have any prices, i was expecting them to overcharge me but they didn't

I gave this restaurant 1 star and if there is zero or minus rating, I would give. I don't live in Jordan and I come every few years, as I am staying at Irbid,many people advised me to visit this restaurant. I went with my family, and we ordered some food and 2 cups of tea. The waiter spilled the hot cup of tea on both my wife and my 10 years old son, however he kept putting the rest of of the order on the table as if nothing happened. I rushed to help my son and put cold water on his legs and took him to the bathroom, and told the waiter to take care next time. He surprised me with his reaction that he did not do it intentionally and start shouting at me. Another waiter came along to support him, I asked for the food to be taken and left away with my wife and kids. The level of carelessness and indifference I felt from both the waiter and the management for this incident was surprising. No body from the management approached to help or even apologized. If you are looking for traditional flavor for hummus then this is the place! If you are looking for an early breakfast while all other places have not yet opened this is the place ! Weekend or holidays don’t matter to this family owned Bussines ! Not fancy but authentic and cheap ! A landmark for decades in downtown Irbid
