Ittai★Incredibly frustrating communication and poor customer service 😔 I tried calling the pub multiple times to make a booking, but no one answered. I then sent them a message, only to receive a reply the next day flatly stating that the entire place was fully booked. Honestly, it feels like they don't care about welcoming customers or managing their reservations. Super disappointing experience before even getting through the door.
