“Worst experience ever. Very bad management and zero respect for customers. The prices and the bill were not transparent, and we felt completely taken advantage of. A place should value its customers, not make them feel cheated. Never coming back and I don’t recommend it to anyone.”

Nour Kazoun★★★★★Went there in December with friends , ambience was great quite and cozy , the food was 10/10 honestly did not disappoint AT ALL !! The service was fast and attentive. Loved every second of it , also very good shisha with a free change of the head . I don’t remember the prices but i think it was about 30/35$ per person and we where 3 also the dessert was great !!! And had tea ❤️
Ines★★★★★I’m impressed by this place! It has become my favorite. The food is outstanding, the grilled meat is by far the best. The salads and the pizza are just wow! And I can’t even tell you how amazing the desserts are, especially the “Om Ali.” The service is fast, and we were lucky to have the continuous attention of Mr. Ahmed (the manager). I feel this place succeeds because of his hard work and excellent communication with clients. He’s a very positive person with a beautiful smile. Thank you, Petit Café, for this amazing experience And we ate a lot 😹
aboudi chatila★I had a very disappointing experience at Petit Café. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was cold and unprofessional, and we felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly throughout our visit, and the waiter service was slow, inattentive, and lacked basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the entire experience. Customer service is just as important as the food and atmosphere, and this visit fell far below expectations. I won’t be returning, and based on my experience, I can’t recommend this place.
Dr. Nahil KAZOUN★★★★First time visiting le petit café, Down Town. I positively surprised with the nice vibes and atmosphere there. However, the place is overcrowded and tables are very near to each other. The staff was helpful but there service was low because too much customers. The price are really high (40$ for a plate of halloum and watermelon!). But, worth it. Enjoy...

Gina Tanous★If I could give this place a zero star i would in a heartbeat. They charged $50.00 for a so called fruit platter which was just pineapple and a half cut mango (2 pieces) and said they charge this amount for a custom fruit platter. But a larger fruit platter on the menu with over 10 varieties of fruit is $35.00. How do you even justify that price?! Lol wow!!! And the service was so disgusting also. The staff have zero interest in customer service. I have never been scammed so much in my life over fruit! The manager then said we dont go get our fruit from spinney's.... man you must go to a gold farm for mangos & pineapples.
