Staff polite.Service very bad.We went as five people. After waiting 40 mins for a table we then waited 1hour for service.The table was for five people we ordered 2 klo of shewet with extras.after about 1half hrs they brought one bowl of soup so one ate alone while we all four waited another 50 min for them to bring the the order which had the remaining four soup and shewet.No plates to eat from again had to wait for plates food was stone cold.Thus is the second time this has happened to us.I would not recommend going there anymore.You as a table should all sit to eat together and warm if not hot food not cold.Some eat alone .Also very nosie not very relaxing place .

A great restaurant with a great atmosphere, big size variety of kids of services between restaurant and caffe , a very delicious food special test with high quality food, the staff are really nice serving customers with smiling faces ,the owner of the restaurant is always around to check everything , prices are a little bit higher than normal even with other good quality restaurant at the city, but it could be understood due too the high quality and services and the unique facilities inside the place, VIP areas are available too

We sat outside in the garden, overall atmosphere was nice, we didn't like any of the cakes we had (Pistachio-Strawberry, Strawberry, & Chocolate cake), but the pizza (mushroom & Roquefort cheese) & french fries were actually good. What we didn't like most about our experience was that they added a (blanket fee) to our bill which we didnt use or even have at our table, and it was 65 dinars which is an unreasonable amount of money for using one blanket for a couple of hours. None of the people sitting at the neighboring tables had any idea the blankets weren't free to use and they were all confused & upset when they got their bills. Honestly it was a cheap move and contradicts the "Luxurious" brand they're trying to sell

Really enjoyed the food here, everything tasted great, the only downsides were the orange juice which was not that good and the music which was too loud and not very pleasant. It made the place noisy. I hope they turn it down otherwise it is great spot..
