So this place tries to serve good coffee — and honestly, the sweets do slap (if you get there before they mysteriously disappear mid-shift). The vibes are somewhere between "relaxing café" and "live sitcom set" depending on which staff member is working. Now, there’s this new guy… 10/10 would recommend. Not rude, not fake-friendly, just the right amount of “I hate this job but I’ll still help you” energy that makes it feel authentic. He actually does stuff instead of scrolling on his phone behind the bar like it’s his full-time job. If you’re lucky enough to be served by him, your coffee will probably come with a smile and only minor existential dread. That's 5-star service in today's world. Would I come back? Only if he’s working. Otherwise, I’ll pass and make instant coffee at home.
