I would give this coffee shop one star, and honestly, if zero stars were possible, I wouldn’t give it anything at all. First of all, I have never waited so long for a cappuccino in my life. It was unbelievable. Cappuccino is supposed to be a quick order, not something you wait for as if you ordered a full meal. Second, the girl working at the cashier was unprofessional and rude. The way she spoke was not polite at all, and the attitude alone was enough to make the experience unpleasant. For me, this was the worst part not the price, but the way customers are treated. Third, and very strangely, they force you to buy a double cappuccino. There is no option. In Tripoli, this is not normal. Everywhere else, you can choose: – Normal cappuccino for 3 dinars – Double cappuccino for 6 dinars In this place, the price is fixed at 7 dinars, whether you want it or not. Wonderful place if only it had more than just one Super crowded area for mixed clientele. The family Corner is needlessly larger than the mixed clientele corner, while being barely booked. Perhaps opening up the space more or allowing mixed clientele in the ground floor only will help liven up the experience for a wider range of clients. Great food and drinks though.
