Ce qu'en disent les gens

Overpriced, served items that we didn’t order and claimed this is the cafe policy. The quality and taste of the cakes were very bad and the nuts were not fresh at all. Bad experience and won’t go there again

They gave us wrong food orders. They gave us extra food which is according to them “minimum charge” which costs 420LD. Mind you, this is apart from your original ordered food bill. We were not informed for their service fee to be 350LD. Not even other resto in Tripoli charge that high! The service was extremely bad, no one knows how to speak english even on a basic level but they charge so high for their services. What an irony. The food was bland and even served cold, not mentioning that they let us wait for about half an hour just to give us wrong orders. You have to go to cashier to know your bill. What a bad scheming tactics they have! Not. Worth. Every. Penny.

Tbe worst place ever , tbey are thiefs, they charge a minimum charge a fruit plate its price is not showing in the menu then tell u dont worry , later ehen u pay u discover u paying 200 dinar for that shot! and they inform you while paying that we are sorry but u were supposed to come down and ask the cashier about the price!! I ll never visit this place again!! Empty place ! Shisha service null.. bad treatment

We should have realized something was wrong as soon as we arrived. The restaurant was empty, and the waiter came out to get us in. He immediately took us upstairs, where there were only two other guests. Downstairs, there wasn't a single guest, but half the tables had "Reserved" signs on them. We weren't very hungry and ordered sandwiches. We waited 40 minutes for them! Since everything seemed strange to me, I checked the Google reviews and told my husband about them, allthough the Google reviews seemed exaggerated. But then it turned out to be the same scenario: two out of five sandwiches were wrong, no apology was offered, and the fruit bowl and tea arrived as well. Since my husband was prepared, he called the waiter and told him to take away the fruit and tea because we didn't want to pay for them. The waiter simply said that they were part of the table. The food was cold and nothing special. We had to pay downstairs by the exit. The cashier was very rude when we complained...it

We waited for the food for an hour, got 2 wrong dishes and they did not care to apologise or change them. There is a 250 LYD fee that we were not told about for service and a fruit plate we did not order nor eat. The food was not that great either. It was cold and seemed old, like it was out of the freezer. The fries were soggy and tasted like nothing. They got aggressive after we told them we would not be paying for things we were not told about.

This place is an absolute scam.. i went for breakfast and ordered “The View breakfast” for two people for 190, two extra red tea with mint, 3 coffees and a crepe. We were expecting the total to be around 300 and were shocked to see we were charged 325 extra which consisted 100 service fee, 145 for a fruit plate which we didn’t order (apparently it’s mandatory to open a table), and 80 for tea with almonds although we ordered 2 red tea with mint. When we went to the checkout to pay the man standing was extremely rude. I won’t be going back there for sure. What was supposed to be a nice breakfast on my birthday ended up being a disaster.

We entered the restaurant around 20:00 and it was empty. We ordered ordinary shawarma and it took them an hour to orepare the food just for it to be burnt. When the food came they gave us fruit and tee that we did not even order. At the end they tryed to charge us 605 lybian dinar for 5 Shawarma. Turns out they charge each customer 25 libyan dinar just for seating you in the chair. Its a shame for the country and i really really recommend choosing another restaurant or you will geg ripped off. I am libyan myself and i never felt such shame for my people. At the end we argued with the manager and only paid 305 still including the „seat charge“. Dont go there!

I went with a friend of mine for a coffee and mango juice, the waiter came back with the manager who started arguing with me insisted that we should get the breakfast for two. I told him we just already had breakfast but because he continued begging, I kindly asked to get an order of eggs with dried meat or geddeed… he again insisted to try the breakfast who said it’s for one person, so I thought it should be a small thing. After about 5 minutes, three waiters came with three huge trays and started set up a huge table behind us, then asked us to move to the large table, the food looked enough for 6-8 people, we sat and started to eat with a big shock on our faces, then they brought a large tray of fruit that would feed 6-8 people with almonds. We ate may be less than one quarter of food, then I asked for the bill, the waiter asked me to go downstairs, I did, the manager was there and he handed the bill, which was 530 Libyan dinar, I was shocked for the price and also I was not sure I
