We decided to try this restaurant as it has good reviews, unfortunately we were not happy with our visit. Their crew was heavily short-staffed. Only 1 cook, 1 cashier and 1 helper was there to serve the almost full restaurant. The cashier was the same person taking orders and preparing drinks and entertaining guests. Only 1 cook to prepare all the dishes. We ordered 1 thaali set, 1 garlic naan & 1 uppu kari chicken. We asked them to cancel our order as it was getting too late but the waiter said the dishes were almost ready, and it took additional 30mins for that dish to be served. It took almost 2 hours for them to prepare and serve the 3 dishes. Taste wise I think its okay, but due to being short-staffed the final quality and presentation of the food were quite bad. Their thaali set is different from what they show in the menu and whay was actually served. At the time we got the food, we just want to eat and leave. A real disappointment. We have traveled many countries and have eaten in at least 20 different indian restaurants, but this one was the worst. We have ordered two butter chicken (not spicy), two plain naan and rice. We only got one butter chicken and one naan. The butter chicken was real spicy and the chicken was disgusting. No filets but instead some old, not good looking chicken wings with a lot of bones and very little meat. Furthermore, we are pretty sure the water we have ordered was unfiltered tap water, as ot tasted not clean and somewhat sour. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend to eat here.

It’s a Sunday & lunch hour… I see no one in the restaurant except the both of us.🫣 Hence the atmosphere feels lil creepy & the smell of disinfectant is pretty strong.. Making me wonder.. why did I walk in here.. Plain Lassi is quite horrible with an aftertaste of greenchilly.. the blender?🫣 The veg Briyani is actually fried rice served in Briyani serving pot; and main veg is again chilly ! And the tandoori brocolli … omg! There was a stand of hair on the brocolli!!! And she didn’t even apologized for it!! Am speechless..

First time visit. Tandoor Malai Broccoli super yummy. They are very nice in customizing lassi preparation based on preference i.e. plain lassi and mild sugar lassi. Please expect longer waiting time. We drop by at 12:35pm, waited nearly 45 minutes. Still worth to visit if you are looking for good India cuisine.

The food was okay, biryani and cheese garlic naan were good but I the chicken in the butter chicken wasn't cooked properly. As for staff/service, let's just say it was a joke there were no tissues on the table when we asked for tissues and Bill she acted like we were asking for alot. As for the bill thing after she informed that it's at the counter she proceeds to mock us with her colleagues. And the gulab jamun was so cold and hard it was horrible it wasn't warm and didn't melt in the mouth. Don't get me started with the chicken kabab it was so bad and dry gosh it tasted like stale spicy panoramic.

The thali set meal was fabulous. We had coconut drink and lime mint juice. The lime mint was superb. Add ons we had chicken chukka and mutton masala. Those were also amazing. The only issue we had was that the sink did not have any handwash soap in the container. Even after informing the staff, we were told to wait and they never refilled it till the end. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this restaurant. I wonder how the staff wash their hands. This is part of general hygiene. Hope that the next time, they always remember to have soap. It is not that hard. Maybe that is why their cleanliness rating is only B.
