P shrestha★I went there expecting good vibes and fun, but I was ultimately disappointed. The service was delayed, and the servers showed little concern for taking or delivering orders promptly. Immediate improvement is necessary.
Abhinav Lama★It’s very rare for me to give a bad review. The place has a lot of potential that’s for sure. The service, definitely needs a strong restructuring. No circulation, almost unresponsive. No proper information on stock and availability of items. A lot of miscommunication even with simple orders. The bartender also needs a good lesson on customer service, not only me, I’ve heard multiple accounts of the interaction with the bar staff being not pleasant at all. I have no bad intention with this review, I only want the best for the place. Just a solid bit of advice to be considered if the place wants to do well. Cheers.
