Ce qu'en disent les gens

Cafe Swotha was already on my list to visit while planning my trip, but I had no idea they partnered with my guesthouse to provide breakfast! Such a lovely surprise. Fresh coffee, good food, peaceful vibe. Started every day right. It made my mornings so adorable. Highly recommend♥️
This is a cute cafe tucked away in an alley way. The Egg’s Benedict were absolutely amazing! Everything is so fresh. The portions are big as well. I also got fresh watermelon juice which was excellent along with a latte. I recommend this place for a great breakfast!
A cozy little cafe near Patan Darbar Square. Good coffee, great pasta and chill vibes to go with it. Staff is very friendly and seating is comfortable for a long hangout.

Café Swotha is a quiet and peaceful spot with comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere. They offer combo breakfasts that include items like yoghurt, fruit, and coffee or tea, which makes the pricing feel more reasonable despite being on the expensive side. The food had lovely flavours, service was friendly, and everything came out fairly quickly. Toilets are located around the back and were clean, though a bit cold. A great choice if you’re looking for a calm place to enjoy a quality breakfast.

Nestled in a charming corner near the historic Patan Durbar Square, Cafe Swotha is a true gem that masterfully blends serene ambiance, exceptional food, and heartfelt hospitality into a perfect dining experience. We visited for breakfast and were thoroughly impressed from the very first moment. The cafe’s atmosphere is a unique and welcoming fusion of modern minimalist design and warm, traditional Nepali touches, creating a space that feels both stylish and intimately cozy—an ideal sanctuary to begin your day or unwind in the afternoon. The culinary experience was outstanding. We were delighted by the generous portion sizes and the evident care taken in every dish. The standout for me was undoubtedly the Ouefs la Provençal; the perfectly runny eggs were complemented by a surprisingly fresh and flavorful salad that elevated the entire plate. The in-house baked multigrain bread was another highlight—fresh, wholesome, and delicious, a testament to their commitment to quality ingredients.

The worst restaurant experience I’ve had in Nepal. Yes, the vibe of the place is nice. However, the food was very disappointing. We ordered five dishes and paid around 7,500. This isn’t about the price itself — if cost had been the issue, we would have chosen another restaurant. The problem is that this restaurant charges nearly 50% more than others, yet the quality and portion sizes do not justify the price. If you're going there for the ambiance and to take photos, then sure, it might be worth a visit. But if you're looking for genuinely good food, I would recommend avoiding this place.

We went there for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was tasty, and the portion size was generous. The bread, made in-house, was multigrain and fresh. The ambiance was cozy, with a unique fusion of modern design and traditional touches. A lovely spot to start your day!
