Ce qu'en disent les gens

The best food I've had in Nepal. Chicken momo, dashi egg and paneer chilli is the perfect dinner combination. Very kind owner, cooks himself and takes care of the guests and climate. Try once and you will be back for sure! 🤤
The food was absolutely amazing! We had chicken Momo, chilly paneer and dashi egg. Everything eaten with cold bear in wonderful atmosphere. The owner put all his heart in the service and food. Once you are in Pokhara it’s a must have! ❤️
This snacking bar dares a fascinating fusion of Japanese and Nepali food, and it works truly well. The innovation and unique nature of the small plates gives this bar a great identity, something I was looking for after 3 weeks of Nepali food during my travels.

The place is run by a chef who worked in japan. You can taste that he knows what hes doing. Food was exceptional good, quality for money is also pretty nice. I recommend the paneer chilly, wanted to try the sausage. He makes everything on his own, card is small and precise. Really good cuisine, highly recommend hop in and be charmed for a little while. Enjoy!

This place is amazing - the service, the food, everything 5 star. If we weren’t leaving Pokhara tonight, we would’ve definitely had lunch and dinner there tomorrow, the next day, and everyday. Chef is hands on and takes amazing pride in what he cooks. Thank you chef for insisting on the Japanese folded eggs. They were amazing. The pork belly was the juiciest ever. Great momos. I will remember this restaurant forever. Thank you

Food was excellent. What a great change of food with basic nepalese. They do a mix of nepalese and japanese. They also helped us organize a birthday keeping the cake and candles.

Where do I begin… I had the good fortune of stumbling into Thanti on my last night in Pokhara, and the saying “save the best for last” has never rang more true. The owner Santosh, who was a chef in Japan before moving back to Nepal to open his own place, is not only an incredible chef— putting a Japanese gourmet spin on each thoughtful menu item, including Nepali classics (I had the gzoya-inspired momo’s and they were out of this world delicious)— but has infused love, care, exquisite taste, an intention into every single detail of this incredible gem of a place. He designed the tables and chairs in the Japanese style with a Nepali twist, decorated with simple warm and functional elements, curates the most amazing blues playlist to complete the most perfect ambiance, and so much more… I could not sing my praises loudly enough to do this place justice. I am beyond grateful I got to spend my last evening here, and I cannot wait to return on my next visit to Pokhara. I noticed this place

Had a tasty snack with a large Gorkha beer and enjoyable conversation early last night... but I left my walking staff. I see Thanti said open today, but I see it is not (I am staying at the Good Earth Hostel), perhaps because of the rain? If possible could you let me know if it will open today or tomorrow or better yet if the staff was put inside when closed up last night? I was leaving just as it was closing. Thank you.
