This is not the first time I’ve had bad service from them, but I kept wanting to give them a chance but I give up now, first time I ordered they got nothing, and they don’t read the notes that you write in case you want something changed, I asked for something to not include ham but they didn’t read it I guess, so I let it slide, today I accidentally put in the wrong address which can happen the address is only like 2/3 minutes away from mine, and I called them and the lady was not polite at all and was telling me she couldn’t do anything about it and that I should call the delivery driver mys

We left while our sandwiches were being prepared. The staff were working without gloves, which we already found unhygienic. Then she was helped by a colleague because she didn't quite know how to prepare a sandwich – this colleague had first taken the change out of the till, then fiddled with her hair, only to subsequently use the same hands to pull slices of brie apart from a container. This was accompanied by an indifferent and irritated attitude towards her colleague. We pointed out that we didn't find her handling our sandwich very hygienic.
