It seems like it is okay for the personal to chitchat with some other customers while completely forgetting about my order. I understand that sometimes system doesn’t give the receipts, but come on. I’m standing right in front of you. Maybe I’m waiting? Not the experience I was looking forward to. The personal apologized and I got my order which was tasty and stuff, but that wasn’t the happiest moment of my day or nice stop during my trip.
