Can't use the bathroom for free AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. I understand you ask a payment so random people don't come just to use the toilet, but customers should absolutely be allowed to use it for no further fee. Besides that the quality and quantity of food is worse than at other McDonald's I've been to. Mcflurry barely filled to halfway of the cup.

Awful, just awful!! I always order a cheeseburger without onions. I do that for a reason. But every time they are to lazy to make a fresh burger. Instead of that they take an old burger scratch the onions off and give it to me. Just horrible. Please don’t order here if you have allergies of if just don’t like an ingredient, they just don’t care about that and about you. And please whyyy do they always forget the cheese on my CHEESEburger, making a burger is really not rocket science. Look at the picture of my burger, sure you understand me now! And thanks for my big fries!

Updates: The store offered a coupon but you must redeem it in the same restaurant. A bit inconvenient because I don't live in the same city. Hair found inside the Big Mac. Contacted the customer service by email and Facebook but I haven’t received any responses so far after one day.

Coffee not bad, not good - average 3/5. Plastic cups - 1/5. Paying for restroom when you are a "guest" - not best idea in my opinion 0/5. Total 1,3/5.
