I went here with some friends for my birthday/brunch and it went really well! I definitely recommend reserving beforehand because the outside area was packed on a Saturday morning. We sat inside and that was really nice, it did get a bit loud but nothing that truly hindered the experience. I ordered the sourdough toasts that came with hummus and additionally, scrambled eggs and salmon. I thought it was an odd combination, or something I’ve never tried together before, but it was really enjoyable. The iced coffee was phenomenal, I asked for a bit of vanilla syrup and it was the perfect amount.

A beautiful, peaceful place with a lovely view, right across from the canal. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The fresh mint in the granola added a unique touch and an extra burst of flavor that made it truly special. Highly recommended!!

Super tasty and varied food, regularly a new menu. The service is very nice and attentive and pays attention to everyone who is there, so that you are helped quickly. Very nice place! You can sit both inside and outside with a fantastic view of the city of Groningen and its water. This is a recommended place to visit

Anne & Max has quickly become our go-to spot. Beyond the great coffee, the lunch menu is diverse. The Burrata Bowl was impressive this time - packed with fresh vegetables and paired with some taste salted toasted bread. Highly recommended for a healthy meal in a nice setting to wind down and have a good conversation.
