Gabija Gustaityte★★★★★Beautiful restaurant in the centre of Maastricht. Both the starter and mains were not only creatively served, but delightful to on the palate also. The beef tartare was fresh and flavorful. Another bonus was the extensive wine menu, it accompanied the food flawlessly. The service staff were swift and kind, although it was busy we were still able to find a table without any problem. Vibrant and dynamic atmosphere which makes it a perfect location for any occasion. Thank you for the lovely time and food!
Yeva★★★★★It was very hard to find an unoccupied table here at Maastricht during King’s Day but we managed to get a table at Café de Bóbbel (which was a huge surprise as I questioned how this great place isn’t full during this Saturday evening:) Mussels are the absolute-must-have! Also, you must order their bouillabaisse, which was full of flavours🍲 Additionally, we order an amazing steak tartare and a portion of spaghetti with truffles. Both meals were delicious! If you are looking for a place to have a great lunch or dinner, I highly recommend paying Café de Bóbbel a visit!
chubato★★★★Great food and wonderful service. The seafood truly is something. Our favorite were the shrimp pasta and escargots. The only two negative points are it is very loud and small with some uncomfortable high chairs. If you are a big a group, it may be dificilult to find (comortable) seating.
