Had breakfast here 2 days in a row because it's that amazing. The full breakfast is beyond satisfying and a great value. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. They switch up the jams and fruit they use so repeating the same breakfast wasn't boring.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Harper in The Hague genuinely deserves it. I came here while on vacation and was honestly so impressed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is beautiful yet relaxed, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so warm, happy, and genuinely attentive, they really made us feel taken care of. Such a lovely spot, I’d definitely come back.

I went here with friends during winter, and the atmosphere was absolutely lovely, cozy and warm, perfect for the season. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the wine selection was very good. We ordered several dishes from the menu to share, and we were really pleased with both the flavors and the presentation. We also had oysters to start, which were fresh and tasty, though some of them had a small piece of shell that made it a bit difficult to enjoy fully.
