This is the worst restaurant in Abuja. The food was not only terribly cooked, the staffs were complaining that management will not pay them for overtime and it was just 9:50pm. I had fisher man soup for 25k and I could taste bad oil. It was the worst dish I have ever had as you can see from the picture. We spent over 390k and nobody had any good thing to say about the place nor the food. The highlight of the night was when someone discovered house fly in their food, thank God the manager had to quickly change the rice. Unless it is urgent please avoid this snow. Maybe it was snow, now it is no longer snow anything. Terrible place. Your accusations that I am lying is laughable. Why not investigate what I have said? Who told you I didn’t make payment? For aesthetics, this place is spot on. It's very easy to locate too especially when you're using a online booking service. I came here around past 8pm but the signage outside wasn't turned on. Maybe it was a one time thing but if not, it needs to be fixed. As for the reception, it's spot on. The staff is friendly and entertaining. The food is tasty too and I would recommend the starter rolls. Be prepared with a flexible budget because the price list is filled with a lot of meal options but your pocket has to be bold enough to have a good time here. Over all, it was a nice time and would totally recommend to others.

I love the ambience and thoughts towards the set up. The aesthetics needs to be managed better though... Some lights are off in the Signage which needs to be on. The portion of the restaurant that is used by makeup artists or others needs to be partitioned off and unseen to the clients who come in to eat. The food was great but it took a bit of a long time to prepare one of the dishes we ordered. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

To start with the positives; The ambience is nice and all white pretty decor in the entrance too and loads of people come just to take photos. Menu has variety and the price is what you would expect for a top notch restaurant. Situated in a nice part of Abuja on Wuse 2/Maitama Axis so relatively safe. For the negatives; Table setting was basic and a table cloth or runner would have added some class or at least proper napkins as against serviette paper. It was a 7pm dinner but music was so loud we could hardly hear each other and have good conversations. Waiter brought nestle water in the carton and proceeded to place on table.They could have used a tray or arranged before our arrival since it was a pre booked dinner for 15 people. I also noticed that for a few weeks now the outside bulbs in the name sign are not working so winter is lit up while place is dark that speaks to poor maintenance culture.Would i go back there or do i recommend not really.Do better people you are in a compet

The first time I went to Snow for a date with my friend, I had a feeling it wouldn’t be my last visit. The food was genuinely lovely and as someone who can be quite particular about what I eat, I was really impressed. They truly did a wonderful job. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff were welcoming, and the manager might just be the sweetest, most thoughtful lady.
