“Great atmosphere! Thought the service was slow at times but they were never far. Tried some meats from the grill, the Shrimp and okra, and amala. All were flavorful.”
“Very interesting touch on local recipes. Atmosphere is amazing, especially with that neighbour boutique store. You can find something to eat for everyone - there is choice of meat, fish, vegs, drinks of all sorts. Recommend to go with a big company, and enjoy the candlelit evening”

Eerika Omiyale★★★★★Went for a family dinner and absolutely loved it. The food was very tasty, proper Nigerian food but with a modern twist. They also hd vegetarian options which was good for us! The cocktails were amazing - I had the Tamarind Margarita - a classic with a Nigerian twist. Loved the atmospheric lighting, African style tiles and art. The garden looked lovely too, but we were seated inside.
gbemisola seyi★My most disappointing experience yet. How can I make a booking two months ahead for a dinner reservations for two only to show up on the date and be told we can’t be admitted because someone booked the space out for a private event. What happened to contacting the customer so they don’t show up all dressed up for an intimate dinner only to be told they can’t have it! Restaurants that charge premium experience need to give at the very least standard services (Nok, you are not an exception) That means treating your customers with a modicum of respect.

Ade★★★★★I visited NOK for the first time on a Thursday evening, mainly in search of a good cocktail. So far, my experience with the Lagos cocktail scene has been somewhat underwhelming, so I was hopeful. The restaurant is tucked away behind the main building, which caught me by surprise. Once I reached the restaurant at the rear, I was immediately impressed by the outdoor layout and atmosphere. Despite that, I chose to sit indoors because I had requested their most skilled mixologist, who happened to be tending the indoor bar. At the bar, I started with the Felix Tequila and later had the About Thyme. Emeka did a solid job with both cocktails, and they were definitely the highlight of my visit. For dinner, I had my sights set on the Oxtail with Kelewele, but unfortunately they were out of it that evening. Overall, a good first impression, excellent ambiance, and a respectable cocktail experience. I'll definitely be back to try the Oxtail.
Bonnie★Won’t recommend, absolutely poor service. Overpriced mediocre food and half the menu not available or you’re told one thing but they bring you something absolutely different without any explanation or apology. Then to add insult to injury they had the cheek to add extra items to our bill which we didn’t order. Honestly, don’t bother complete waste of time, overhyped for nothing!
Maya C.★★★★★NOK by Alara was an absolutely beautiful experience – stylish, fancy, with great music and truly top-notch food. We visited as a group and had a lovely table. The atmosphere was vibrant, and we had such a good time. But the real highlight of our evening was, without a doubt, Mercy. Mercy is a top-notch waitress with outstanding service. She brought the magic to our table and made the evening truly special. I’m incredibly grateful for her presence and care. We’re the ones with the pants – just a little reminder 😉 So dear NOK, you can be very proud of Mercy. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We’ll be back!
Janet Olagbaye★★★★If you are looking for very tasty Nigerian cuisine then you should visit NOK, we had dinner and made reservations via phone call. It has an ample parking space and wasn’t too crowded, we dined indoor because it was pretty hot outside. The outdoor had a colorful garden feel. While the indoor gave a woody calm traditional feel. They gave us some potato chips while waiting for our food and the waitress was very attentive, smart and polite. I really loved the aso oke feel they had on the uniform. The food is not too pricey with today’s economy for a fine dining. We had Amala, poundo and egusi, then we had chicken wings which didn’t taste that nice. But the Amala and pounded yam was a hit super delicious! Food took about 20mins to arrive but it was worth the wait. The egusi was a little peppery, but I didn’t mind at all. The menu was limited as well not alot of options to choose from. If you are looking for intercontinental food it’s advisable not to even go there. We had the brownies
