The experience was excellent overall. One thing to keep in mind is that men are not permitted to enter while wearing shorts, so be sure to dress accordingly. Aside from that, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it. A special thanks to Hameedah for her exceptional hospitality, kindness, and outstanding customer service. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I was really looking forward to trying Al Angham Restaurant, but it ended up being a very disappointing experience. The restaurant is beautifully designed—large, clean, and visually impressive—but that’s where the positives mostly end. The atmosphere felt empty and staged (we were the only ones there), and the strong incense smell was overwhelming and uncomfortable. The biggest issue is the food. For a place that charges premium prices, the quality was far below expectations. I ordered the shuwa lamb, which should be one of the highlights of Omani cuisine, but it was bland and served with plain white rice—completely lacking depth and flavor. The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the poor value for money. Overall, this restaurant feels overpriced and focused more on appearance than on delivering good food. There are many better and more authentic Omani restaurants in Muscat for a fraction of the price. I would not recommend it a
