“Nice view but no service, nude staff. Not attentive at all. Unfortunately they don’t like their job. Sad to see this happening in 5star hotel.”
“Great outside seating with an exceptionally breath taking view on Our lovely country where mountains and seas meet. Food was acceptable, nothing out of the ordinary. Price to food was also abit exaggerated. Service was very slow 40 mins for a sorbet however staff were smiling and doing their best!”

Vero★★★★★Beautiful place with an amazing view on the sea and the sunset. One of the best spot for a sunset. The music and the vibe is good. You can order alcool. It's kind of expensive there, but it's justified with this nice environment. There is also a pool, a beach where you can swim downstair, but i'm not sure if it's only for the clients of the hotel, but it's still nice for the look. I only ordered a beef tartare, it was good but hard to comment about the food with only this. The service was good as well with friendly waiters .

Sanka Illangakoon★★★★★We had drinks at the Edge which is a terrace restaurant at Crowne plaza overlooking the Qurum beach and mountains. It's a great place to watch the sunset and has a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The service was great and we had a relaxing time there. We didn't have any food but can recommend as a great place for drinks.
BE★★★★★All 5 stars: I had an amazing waitress attending me and she was great! Food: plenty of options for vegetarians. It was delicious. My house white was very tasty. Expensive in European standards but in Oman many places are expensive. The atmosphere is to die for. The band (all female singers) was super nice.
Tariq Albusaidi★★★★★The is just amazing make sure to arrive early to get a cliff table. The food is so delicious i would recommend volcano and prawn tempura sushi. For the main course we had black pepper lobster and angus steak rip-eye (medium grilled) the salted caramel desert is a must try it We had ginger mojito and tropical fruit punch for the drinks. Well guys everything was tasty and great the atmosphere the waiters are super friendly and welcoming you also need to make a reservation before going as it is fully booked every single day i really advise you to visit it Well i found the price so worth it for 2 with an amazing view and atmosphere.
Aysun Bal★There is definitely a problem with this hotel's restaurant reservation system. They don't respond on time. We went dinner and for a concert in November 2025, and we had requested a nice table. They arranged the table furthest from the concert area. I tried to make a reservation for 5:30 pm tomorrow . I insisted that we were coming for the sunset and dinner, not for the event. But they insisted that if we stayed after 7 pm, we would have to pay 20 riyal per person. We want to have dinner with a view. We want to this hotel for a change from the Kempinski or St. Regis right next to my house, but we will never go there again. There is absolutely no concept of customer satisfaction. I say this with regret based on my 18 years of many hotel brands experience in Istanbul, Türkiye.
