we dined here during lunch, and we were the only ones there at the time. the place is very nice, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. the staff were very accommodating and kindly explained their menu to us. overall, i’d rate the food 8/10. they serve japanese cuisine. beef gyudon (with rice) – 7/10 it tasted a bit like beef adobo, but the beef was tender. i also loved how generous they were with the side dishes. teriyaki roll – 10/10 so good! i love how the ingredients complemented each other, and it had a little bit of a kick. chicken katsu – 8/10the serving size was big, and it was very tasty. however, it cooled down quickly and became a bit gummy 😭 matilda cake – 10/10 so, so good! my favorite. it’s sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet to the point that it hurts your throat. very chocolatey, with a big and heavy serving. brown shaken espresso – 9/10 it tastes like vietnamese coffee, with a balanced sweetness and strong espresso flavor.

Fine Dining AND fine drinking in a nice and clean Bar atmosphere. The Chef is very fast, we ordered 8 different dishes, the first one arrived in less than 10 minutes, the last one in between 20 Minutes (i think). Very good food, and very very good cocktails, the bartender is really good in mixing! i like also the music, long time ago i heared the cranberies. CR is outside and accessible by public, not soo clean like i expected from the rest of the restaurant.

Few meetings in the past and the last was months ago. Calm at 4 p.m., a huge plus. I mean who drinks this early anyway? If the staff knows you well, no doubt you get superb, utmost attention. Sangria for me as always. Known for cheaper alcohol BUT surely not having the best food accompaniment (to their liquor). The taste of the Chicharones, Gambas Al Ajillo and Beef Salpicao was just mid-average. The alcohol does the job filling you up. Lately, I passed by this place and currently renovating. An update? Or a totally new tenant? If they permanently close, this old place is still worth mentioning.

Came on a Wednesday for B1T1 sangria. We got multiple rounds cause the sangria was just that good! My friends and I agreed — the best in Davao. 🍷 For food, loved the beef salpicao. At 349php per serving, it was sulit for the price (cause I know other restaurants that charge double and their salpicao isn’t even that good). We also ordered huevos rotos and the croquetas (no pic lol), which we enjoyed. Only comment is the limited menu. Hopefully they expand it soon. The service was outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The guard/parking attendant was also nice and helpful. The interiors are really nice too. Honestly, we'll come back here for the food more than the drinks. Haha. Their beef salpicao was really good. We also loved their churros but I forgot to rake a pic. Place is nice, but parking may be limited sometimes. Definitely a bit pricey, especially on the cocktails, but definitely worth a visit.
