Ce qu'en disent les gens

Went for the set meal. Nicely cooked fried chicken. Crunchy lumpias and a nice fresh lumpia. Nothing to fault except for the service. While paying, the waiter just left the machine at the table and left.
The place is well maintained and clean. Service staff are very attentive and courteous to the customers. With a good view of the Manila Bay dolomite beach with its world renowned sunset. Food taste is great at a reasonable price.
Crispy pata is not crispy Change name to Soggy pata :< And the some part of pork smells... Also we asked for calamansi 2 times Then waiter asked "Do you still need it" Im like 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 But its okay cuz yall were busy...? Just an honest feedback ♡♡♡

Max's Restaurant is always a great Filipino cuisine restaurant. I always enjoy their foods not just their chicken which is their specialty but I always love their dishes such as Kare-Kare, Sinigang, Bangus, Sizzlig Tofu, etc. Glad that this restaurant open a bit late till 2am as because we finished late from egress with my staff in an expo event which is always hard for us to find one as most of them close earlier. So this is perfect for us.

Thank you Max's Restaurant Roxas boulevard for having such kind employees. We were in al fresco dining as pets are not allowed inside and it's almost midnight but they still put out this air cooler to make sure we are in our most comfortable. And yes, our whole family won't dine and leave our furbaby alone in the car

Place is very clean, one of the classic restaurant along Roxas Boulevard that still stays in there. Place is cozy, clean and quiet. Staffs are attentive and polite, service is still fast even though the is usually gets crowded on peak hours. Highly recommended! Still one of the Filipino best chicken that you'll find around the metro.

POOR SERVICE. The food took more than 20 mins to serve, after being followed up twice. The americano is served even slower, at almost 45 mins. Other customers who arrived and ordered later got their coffee first. When followed up on the coffee, they are unaware that we still have a cup of coffee missing.

Surprisingly good for a chain. Would come back for sure. Had the kare-kare and it was very tasty. I'd prefer more meat and less tripe, but that's just me. Brother had the chicken, which he liked. It was moist inside and crispy on the outside. Fried rice was ridiculous; it had smoked fish (tinapa?) that was really tasty. Was disappointed with the mango shake, but that's probably because I just came back from Borocay and they have the best mango shakes ever.
