This considered to be as one of the best hot chocolate shop in Madinah. Offering 2 big marshmallows which it's spongy texture and 3 little mallows that will compliment the sweetness of the drink.

This is the example that a Cafe is not just cafe but also the experience you live in it. Came to order coffees to go and they made me wait 20' for it. In that time they made me change areas (since apparently i sit in the men section even though there was no one there), then waited again for a while for my coffee. I had to stand up to ask the barista for it until he finally prepared it. I ordered two brownies with it that i had to pick myself from the front, when i took them the guy took one from my hand (was the cardamom one) without explanation. I asked why and then thanks to another customer translating ive find out that one is more expensive... well... it didn't say it in the menu, and also... how about you giving it to me in a proper bag ready????! I had to ask myself for the bag but the cashier was too busy entertaining someone in his whatsapp messages so finally when another guy at the other side hears me i get my bag and im able to leave with my coffee. Matics It used to feel like home to us as workers and customers..the one who’s is responsible for HR or whatever his position is I asked what’s ur name he said Hamza (and laughed) and he was the worst person to talk to even tho I told him kindly at the first don’t fight with me it’s just a lovely advise to a place we love..
