The price is affordable, the service is fast, and the location is very convenient as it is close to many hotels near Masjid Nabawi. Coffee is great! I ordered a flat white; tasted well balanced (not too bitter nor acidic), steamed milk was not too hot (other popular cafes like Kifa and Juju Barns often served milk that is too hot), and latte art was pleasing to the eyes. Price for a flat white here is only 12 sar. (Juju Barns is 16 sar. Kifa is 15 sar. Brew 92 is 14 sar.) Cheapest and tasted the best relative to other cafes. Kudos to the 1 guy behind the counter who does everything right. Flat white is so good that I ordered 1 more for take out before I left the cafe.

Cups of coffee are small in size compared to coffee shops as barns or dr. Cafe. However they taste good and with reasonable prices considering their location near prophet’s Masjid. Cappuccino is 13 SAR, Ice Cream scoop is 5 SAR and they also have sandwiches and croissants. The shop is small with maybe 5 tables and 10 chairs.

Java cafe is a fantastic coffee shop. I frequently visit this cafe and my experience have always been wonderful. The Baristas here are super welcoming, friendly, and not to mention highly skillful with their latte art and efficient with order preparation. Mr. Omer has to be my favorite Barista. He’s one of the friendliest members of the cafe. Also, the culture around the cafe is great and I definitely recommend locals and Madinah visitors to stop by for a quick coffee break.
