I rarely ever leave reviews, but my experience at 25 was so disappointing that I feel people should know. My friends and I went for a meal here, and while the food itself was nice, the service was shockingly poor. We were served by a female waitress who was extremely rude and dismissive. The tone was demeaning, condescending, and completely unnecessary. As a paying customer, I expect at the very least a basic level of respect — not to be spoken to like I’m a burden. It instantly ruined the atmosphere and left a really sour taste, no matter what the food was like.

The security guard wouldn't even tell us the time the shop closes as we went upstairs to eat from 147 restaurant the guard told us the place is open until late night when we came out at 11.10pm the shop is closed why lie to customers and don't understand no wounder the economy is slow in the country 😒😒

I LOVE 25! First, the food is absolutely delicious. I also really like the new decor--the back of the restaurant offers quiet and cosy private rooms. It's my go-to for my faves like cambaabur, muqmad, suqaar, beef steak, chicken tenders (YUM), pizza, and of course their yummy croissants and cheesecake. Welcome back Twenty-Five!!! WHAT A COMEBACK!!

So when I first came here back in March 2020, the service was absolutely excellent. The previous staff were wonderful, attentive and helpful. Nowadays you’ll have to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes or more, your order will get messed up, and the music is so ridiculously loud you’ll feel a headache coming on. Their food is okay and a bit on the pricey side, they have a pretty good lasagna though. They also have amazing wifi available. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and there’s an outdoor little patio area that’s equally beautiful. Just be prepared to wait!
