The menu changes frequently, today we started with miso soup and later had 10 nigiries, all with different type of fish or different part of a fish. The desert was mochi with white chocolate. It was very fresh and very light, I would say maybe the best one I had tried in Europe. All the prior courses is served one by one, the chef Adrian Figueroa explains each one.
