A very peculiar culinary experience 👌🏼 Definitely recommended! Upon arrival we were served edamames with a very tasty sauce. The menu changes frequently, today we started with miso soup and later had 10 nigiries, all with different type of fish or different part of a fish. The desert was mochi with white chocolate. It was very fresh and very light, I would say maybe the best one I had tried in Europe. All the prior courses is served one by one, the chef Adrian Figueroa explains each one. You eat each one in one bite. All very fresh! We also had optional Wagyu today for an extra 12 euros,

One of the best Japanese restaurants (outside of Japan) with Galician produce. Seasonal menus, outstanding service, classy design and an incredible selection of unique wines. The two managers truly make dining here a memorable experience. It's pricey but definitely worth it. Omakase is a must every time we visit the city.

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. One of my favorite meals ever, and quite possibly the best sushi I’ve had. I’ve been to Japan twice and eaten at nice sushi restaurants in the US and Europe but this place is just incredible. The quality of the ingredients and preparation is so authentic and impressive, the chef is really kind and friendly, and the ambience is stellar - tasteful and subtle decor, fun music at the perfect volume, comfortable seating… Really this place is special. We can’t wait to return. The hotate was out of this world!

What Adrian, Andres and team are doing here is as bold in its intent as it is flawless in its execution. The wealth of incredible produce Galicia has at its disposal lends itself extremely well to a sushi concept, however that is to take nothing away from the formidable skill, care and finesse Adrian employs in creating and preparing each dish. My Omakase with accompanying wine flight was fantastically delicious, and the equal of many of the celebrated posh omakase offerings I have tried back in London. What astonished me most, however was the value for money of it. €100 for 10+ courses and w
