Great shop! The Granier in Ávila was a clean, welcoming place that offered various options, from coffees, teas, frappes, to croissants, cakes and sugar-free cookies. It was well-lit and the items seemed fresh. It is also located inside the Murallas de Ávila, so it was perfect for enjoying a warm up after walking around the Wall. We ordered coffee and croissant and paid a reasonable price, the same price we usually paid in Madrid.

Google search for “gluten free breakfast” gave this as the #2 option in Avila. But, “todos es con glutin” she told me when I walked in. My wife got the Brie and ham toast. It was excellent. I had the green smoothie (no protein powder)
