They act like you have to beg for a napkin or plastic fork for an expensive dry piece of cake and also why are we no longer listing prices for consumers!!!! We have to ask for each proce individually !!!!

I had to repeat thousand times and in Spanish for a girl to understand that I wanted coffee with milk. First she started preparing ''cafe corto'' then she fixed but she gave me pretty tasteless coffee with more milk and less coffee. Also, I specified I wanted skimmed milk and she gave me with whole milk, I also told her I wanted very hot milk and she of course gave me with cold milk. How many times I should repeat things so they can finally understand. Worst customer service ever.
