Very authentic food and wine! We had a super nice experience with a lovely waitress! We tried several of her recommendations and really enjoyed the Basque specialties. The table we had after having reserved a table was in the back of the restaurant and very comfortable. A place I would definitely come back to. We had this recommended by a friend from Bilbao, and it didn’t disappoint!

Perfect place for pintxo, wine and atmosphere. The staff are superstars. They move quickly to cater to everybody and somehow made time for a friendly chat. Food was absolutely fantastic. Not only the pintxos… try the scallops and the plate of iberico ham. We hung out here for hours on new years eve. We were there the day before and after trying out many other pintxo bars, we chose to return to Abando for our new years celebration. Thank you to our server Juan, and to the rest of the team!!

The dinner was amazing! I’m pretty selective and eventually was very satisfied I picked this place. We ordered scallops, mussels in tomato sauce, squids and of course cheesecake!
