2 stars for the effort. 0 for the result: the least creamy gelato I ever tasted in my life. I was drawn by the sugar free, gluten free and lactose free options, however it disappointed. The consistency is completely off, the taste is ok, but it is not gelato. Please, work some more on the technique, it is a pity to call gelato something is not. The portions are extremely generous, so if you are into that, this might be the place for you. I threw more than half away.

Probably the best ice cream in Bilbao. So many flavors (I counted more than 60!) , many unique once I haven’t seen before, like Pomelo al Campari, Bacalao al Pil Pil, Pétalos de Rosas y Canela, etc, as well as traditional once. I love that they have a lot of vegan options and they are also creative, taste really good and surprisingly not watery. The stuff is very nice and allows to try few flavors before ordering. The only minus - the prices on higher side (in my gamble opinion they are kinda expensive comparing to competitors)

It's really pricey, but you do get not only an incredibly wide arrange of flavors, but also huge scoops for your money. You can really taste that these are all crafted ice cream flavors.
