Made right before your eyes with fresh ingredients, whichever way you want, its hard to go past the friendly people at Mono with the tastiest burgers in Bilbao. Extra meat patty? Onions? Bacon? Cheddar? Egg? No problem - just ask! My favorite is Mono Cheeseburger + onions + extra patty with chipotle sauce .. yummy! Sorry, there are no fotos of the burger as it was too good to wait around to take a foto 🤣😂😋

Would not recommend. The taste and quality are very poor… There are way better burgers in Bilbao!

I dont ever give negative reviews but honestly this was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten and one of the most disappointing things I’ve eaten. The meat was so over cooked and dry, no sauce, cheese not melted, bun too thick. Everything was bad, I would strongly advise to not waste your money.

Not worth a visit. Smash burger is supposed to be crispy, which this one is definitely not. Patty tastes like it’s boiled. Guys need to checkout Five Guys next door to get a good base for their fries and burgers One star for design and packaging.
