We had an excellent Basque dinner here including the menu for two, a bottle of wine Rioja, and dessert for 65 euros. I had a tuna salad first course, calamari with ink sauce second course and cheese cake for the dessert. My daughter had the prawns for her first course, beef steak with fries for her second course, and rice pudding for dessert. The menu is in Basque which makes it difficult but the waiter explained everything in English so we could make our choices. The service was great and the food was fantastic.

Had the Menu del Dia. Great value. Good choice of starters and mains. Delicious food, especially the tuna steak, the entrecôte, the paella starter. The ice cream and the wine were good too. Excellent service, friendly attentive staff. We returned for lunch the next day. We will be back here again on our next visit to Bilbao.

Disappointing return. We were here 12 months ago. The menu del dia was excellent then. Not so now. My merluza was very poor. Everything else was ok but last year it was great. I would not return.
