I'd call it pathetic. I'd never been there before, even though I live nearby. We ordered three beers and a bottle of water with tapas. The drinks came out pretty quickly, but the tapas were laughable. The kitchen makes them, puts them out to serve, and the waiters keep going in and out of the kitchen. I was standing there watching the tapas, and nobody brought them. When one of them finally deigned to bring them 15 minutes later, they were obviously ice cold and empty. I complained to the girl, and she said it was busy, and that's just how it is. Now for the best part: a €2.50 surcharge on the

The food was good, but it would be better with good service. The waiters' friendliness, at least on this morning's shift, was appalling. Being friendly doesn't cost anything, especially when they're treated with respect. It's not just that they leave six people waiting when there are free tables but refuse to put them together; it's that after waiting for a table they've authorized, you receive poor service. I decided to go every day for breakfast, but I'll reconsider if the bad service continues.
