Had a good experience at VIPS Madrid. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes, so there's something for everyone, and the food was tasty. The service was just ok, although it could have been a bit quicker during busy times. Overall, it's a reliable spot for a casual meal, and I'd happily visit again.

1* is the best they can have.... I have travelled a lot in Europe and I can say that THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had.....We ordered just 3 plates: 1 salad, 1 patatas bravas and 1 club. Patatas were fine, salad never came...the club was cold, we told the manager that we can't eat it, she took it back and, as it was certain, it came back the exact same plate, warmed up in a microwave!! After that, we showed a coupon of a discount and they told as that it is not valid because "they are on holiday"....that was not mentioned anywhere on the coupon and yes we asked before we order!!! NE

We came for breakfast and it was delicious! Great prices and clean atmosphere. Friendly and quick service. Highly recommend. I ordered pancakes with bacon, egg, and truffle béchamel sauce and my husband ordered an avocado toast with a poached egg. Very good!!
