Tried to eat at 20:30- (when they say they are open on Google maps) The lights were off. Went in to try and see the situation, they said the chef doesn’t start cooking until 21:00pm waste of time.

Went two times to ask and try to eat for one person and they did not let me sit. It was 22.20 in the evening and the restaurant was almost empty. Probably they don't have a good desire to work and earn money. Very bad

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Sixto's. Miguel is a fantastic host who genuinely knows how to make guests feel welcome, and the service throughout our visit was excellent. The food was full of flavour and clearly prepared with care. The rice dish was among the most flavourful I've ever had. However, we were a little disappointed that the top piece consisted mostly of bone and was therefore largely inedible. The octopus starter was delicious, but even as a half portion it felt quite small for €15. Similarly, the dessert was enjoyable, though it reminded me of something that could e
