The burger here is outstanding. The best one I have eaten in my life, and I'm in my 60s, so I've eaten a few. The meat is aged, ground on-site, from different parts of the cow. The grind is perfect, not too fine, so the flavor of the beef really comes through. The bun is an excellent brioche, which is perfect for keeping the sandwich from falling apart. If in Huelva, it's a must to visit Knibal Burger.
