The restaurant is in a lovely location and makes a great first impression. Drinks arrived quickly, which was a nice start and showed good efficiency from the bar staff. However, the dining experience itself was disappointing. We had to ask twice just to get food menus, which immediately set things off on the wrong foot. Even after finally receiving them, no one came back to take our order, leaving us waiting and unsure if we had been forgotten. We have been coming to West for a few years. It has always been very good, great menu, delicious food, great service, lovely views. Tonight was especially excellent - taquitos de tuna, rosada with mushrooms and rice, truffle risotto, bottle of Albarinio, all spectacular. La Linea is full of great restaurants but this is our favourite.
