Victoria is a great place to eat or drink in Leon. I had the pleasure to watch the Barcelona y Sla game there. The service via Abraham y Noradeen was spectacular. The tapas great and the vino y vermouth were excellent. The vibe of the place is upbeat even on a cold rainy night in Leon. Highly recommend this place to stop because if their tapas reflect their ability to serve a good hearty meal is as good as their tapas you are in the right spot

Very nice Degustacion Menu option giving an opportunity to test chef's Best shots. Testy bacalao and stakes. Very nice, yet non- English speaking crue - that really did not matter - understanding is only a smile away. :) I deffinetly return here for a full size steak meal tommorow :)
