I used to go to this café because I work right next door. One morning I wanted to order the full breakfast, but with a stuffed omelet instead of the regular one. The owner told me that wasn't possible, that it had to be the standard omelet. I told her I didn't mind if she charged me the difference, but she refused again. I understood and ended up ordering a sandwich. However, later a colleague came down and what was a firm "no" to me, was a "yes" to him.
