I'm not giving it a zero because it won't let me. My partner and I went for coffee. Two iced lattes cost almost 5 euros… which I'm not complaining about. But I very politely asked the waiter to please charge my phone for 5 minutes, and his answer was NO. It's no wonder you have 3.8 stars if you treat your customers this way. The truth is, I already rarely go to these people's cafes because of how they treat most of their employees, but now I'm definitely not going back because of how they treat their customers.
