I visited Logroño today and I was lucky to find this great restaurant for lunch. I had heard about nice tapas in the old town and was ready to attack. But I saw this place, lots of Michelin stars for years, and decided to try. Very few times in my life I've eaten so much but the food was good. I ordered the country style dishes and decided to finish it with a flan and sweet wine. I did manage to get up and walk about this nice city before leaving. Service from all the staff was exemplary, and I even managed to practice talking some Spanish. It was a really good experience.

For a foreigner like me, im sharing u the "DONT'S" so you wont experience what I experienced today. Came to this resto for my bday and was actually not happy. 1. Dont arrive late. In spain, lunch is at 2PM, however this resto works in SHIFTS, they put us in 1:15PM slot, since the later slot is full. We arrived at 1:30 (15 mins late) and you can already feel the tension of the waiters on you for being late. 2. Dont ask for english menu (im new in spain so I dont understand their menu) because the waiters are gonna talk in a loud manner making sure you heard it "They dont speak SPANISH? ARE YOU

I discovered La Cocina de Ramón while passing through Logroño on my Camino de Santiago, and it was a fantastic experience. The steak was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. The restaurant itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing meal after a day of walking/cycling The food was exquisite, with a great balance between quality and price. The service was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!
