Amazing experience! Had a solo dinner here on my trip - chose to eat at the counter and was blown away. Amazing service; the food was out of this world. I had the red tuna, baby octopus and beef tartare. Each one was better than the next - do not miss out on experiencing this gem! Wish I could go back but only staying for a quick weekend.

We had a few hours to spare in Palma before heading to Pollença, so my wife and I stopped for lunch at Barbar and sat at the kitchen counter. What a gem! We shared several dishes — pez limón, salpicón de bogavante, and chipirón a la brasa — all fantastic. A great spot to watch the chefs in action and enjoy creative, flavorful food. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Mallorca.

Memorable dining experience. All dishes are very creative without overdoing them. Only downside was that the wine seemed to be a bit overpriced and that some of our dishes had the same type of sauce which could have easily been flagged by our waitress.
