So the jamon sandwich was incredible,best I've had was moist and full of flavour. The service was ok just hard to communicate due to a language barrier, but the lady didn't seem patient at all. I feel that's how it is in Madrid in general with most places. But the sandwich was really good it's worth the hassle.

Plain and simple works best, and Pignic Iberico has done a great job. The BigPig Jamon Iberico sandwich was light, meaty and delicious. The freshly baked hoagie roll had a deliciously crispy exterior and soft interior. The flavor of the Iberian Ham was overwhelmed by large amount of cheese. Great service.
