I don't understand how I can order a special burger (like I always do) and they always give me chicken nuggets (even though I didn't ask for them). I'm not saying they're bad or that I dislike them, but since I didn't ask for them and they don't want to serve them, then don't serve them, but don't charge me for them. I've been buying food there for a while now, but the prices have been insanely expensive for ages... How can a place that's been around for 40 years not have shredded chicken because they ran out? I sense neglect and apathy in this place; it's only staying open because of people's nostalgia, but it's getting worse and worse. The owner tells his life story to the people at the tables and gives unsolicited opinions. He even chews gum while at the fryer, looking arrogant and unpleasant. I placed an order via mobile with home delivery. Not being familiar with the menu, I asked if the Vikings came in different sizes. The response was that it was only one size. Then, without hanging up, the person started making fun of my question with their colleagues, and I could clearly hear everything. I think customer service has a lot of room for improvement.
