Wow! An incredible restaurant that truly blew me away. The dishes are meticulously prepared and beautifully presented, with complex and well-balanced flavors. The desserts are excellent, the best lemon pie I’ve ever had. I’m surprised it still doesn’t have a Michelin star; it truly deserves at least one.

We visited this amazing restaurant in June during Toledo’s Corpus Cristi Feria. We had traveled to Madrid for 4 days prior and visited 5 Michelin restaurants in Madrid, before concluding our trip with La Cabala, our 6th Michelin of that trip. We had the best meal of any of the Michelin restaurants at this superb restaurant. It was a 7-course degustation menu that was delicious, inventive and exhilarating. The amuse bouche alone blew my mind. It was an olive oil tasting with different homemade breads and the server told us- this one with this bread will taste like fried eggs, and sure enough
