A very nice restaurant with excellent service. The location is excellent for those in the center or Russafa. Food was very well prepared and each dish included simple, yet high quality ingredients. The baby squid was the highlight for me. The wine list was also very good and reasonable. We had a group of 8, and they accommodated our large group very nicely.

I'm really disappointed. I'm a vegetarian and we talked to the restaurant more than 2 weeks before our reservation for New Year's Eve to ask them to prepare a vegetarian menu for me and they agreed. I come to the restaurant and they say that they havent prepared the vegetarian menu because they have forgotten about it. After that they serve me 1 cut tomato with seasoning and some deep fried pieces of random vegetables. The main course was supposed to be risotto with mushrooms but i got what's in the photo. Very poor performance for a "gourmet" restaurant.

✅️ Food and quality of ingredients We had a lovely experience overall and I’d like to start with the positives. The food was very good. My friend and I both had the salmon, and we also shared a fantastic salad with goat’s cheese, walnuts and “membrillo”, a traditional Spanish sweet paste. The combination was delicious and very well balanced. The quality of the ingredients really stood out. Everything tasted fresh and carefully sourced, which made the dishes feel both simple and elegant. We had lunch here while walking around Valencia, and ended up having a really lovely experience overall. We arrived early, without a reservation. At first, the reception by some staff was cold, with emphasis on the fact that we didn’t have a reservation, which wasn’t the best first impression. However, everything completely changed once we were taken care of by Jade. Jade was wonderful — welcoming, warm, and genuinely attentive. She greeted us with a beautiful smile, explained the menu clearly and enthusiastically, and offered excellent wine recommendations. Thanks to her guidance, we enjoye
